What You'll Be Doing: Keeping production running - reactive & preventative maintenance on both mechanical & electrical equipment. Improving reliability - working on projects to enhance efficiency PLC fault-finding - identifying & resolving automation issues (no programming required) Ensuring safety & compliance - keeping standards high and downtime low. Mentoring- helping the engineering team including apprentices by offering support & advice where required. General maintenance- keeping all aspects of the site in good working order during downtime. What You Need: Apprentice-trained or hold a relevant engineering qualification. Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
