As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers after their purchase, ensuring a seamless ownership experience. You will coordinate service bookings, handle enquiries, and build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
Act as the primary contact for all aftersales enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Manage service bookings, repairs, and maintenance schedules
Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure timely and high-quality work completion
Provide clear updates and explanations to customers regarding work carried out
Upsell additional services and products where appropriate
Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records using internal systems
Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in an aftersales, service advisor, or customer service role (automotive preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Confident using computer systems and CRM platforms
Full UK driving licence preferred
