The school is looking to take on a permanent Science Teacher from September on a full-time basis. The successful Science Teacher will be working directly with students in Key Stage / KS2 – Key Stage 4 / KS4, whose ages range from 7 – 16yrs. Most of the young people are diagnosed with either Autism / ASD, Learning Difficulties / LD or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder / ADHD. The successful Science Teacher will have: - QTS with Science specialism - Experience working with children and young people with additional needs, specifically ASD, ADHD, SEMH - Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
