Your responsibilities :
* Serve as the first contact point for HR-related inquiries and issues.
* Collaborate with Regional HR leaders.
* Draft employment contracts and offer letters.
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Maintain associate information in the HRIS system accurately and timely.
* Ensure data integrity for payroll and HRIS entries.
* Conduct employment verifications as needed.
* Ensure HR data security and compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
* Generate monthly HR reports.
* Maintain personnel files, both hardcopy and digital, in Obernburg.
* Support various HR programs and processes administratively.
* Facilitate training and development sessions.
* Assist in the recruitment process alongside Regional HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
This role is based at our sites in Selby (UK), Madrid (Spain), Obernburg (Germany), or Diest (Belgium), with the possibility of working from home up to two days per week.
Qualifications & Technical Competencies :
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Exceptional organizational and planning skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar HR role.
* Level C2 proficiency in German; fluency in English is required; additional languages such as French, Dutch, or Spanish are advantageous.
* Knowledge of German and/or Belgian labor law.
* Ability to work independently.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
* Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with Workday is a plus.
* Knowledge of local benefit programs is preferred.
* Experience with employee relations and legal considerations in Germany and/or Belgium.
* Ability to support HR functions across different business lines, including Laboratory Services, Clinical, and Consulting.
