Business Analyst D365 / Microsoft Dynamics CE Largely Remote (UK) but with once weekly UK wide site travel car needed Up to £60,000 £5,000 bonus benefits A high growth, acquisitive business is looking for an experienced Business Analyst, ideally with prior experience of D365 / Microsoft Dynamics across the CE, CRM, Field Service or Customer Service modules. This is a permanent opportunity for a Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys getting close to the business. The Role Youll work closely with multiple acquired businesses, reviewing and documenting their end-to-end processes and overlaying these onto D365. This will include gap analysis, working with Functional Consultants to resolve gaps through system changes, enhancements, or by feeding clear requirements into the product roadmap and backlog. Analyse business processes across multiple acquired businesses. Overlay current and future processes onto D365 CE Identify gaps and work with Functional Consultants on solutions Define and manage requirements feeding into the D365 product roadmap Act as the central point of knowledge for business process and D365-related requirements Help anticipate how future acquisitions and regional differences will impact the product design What Theyre Looking For Strong experience as a Business Analyst with a heavy process focus Proven experience working on D365 CE implementations Comfortable working in high-growth, ambiguous environments Confident working with multiple stakeholders and businesses.
