QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION HVAC MECHANIC
* Licensed as a journeyman () OR 3+ years of new home construction experience
* Knowledge of applicable state codes
* Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction
* Valid driver's license
* Acceptable driving record
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
* Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
