Thera East Midlands has an exciting opportunity for a Practice Leader to join our team based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. You will be on a full time, permanent basis and receive a competitive salary of Grade 6+ £26,436.45 per annum.
Annual Leave entitlement: 28 days inclusive of bank holidays.

About the Practice Leader Role
* Mentor Support Workers, focusing on person-centred support
* Encourage people to live the life they choose, ensuring choice, control, and independence in planning and delivery of support
* Promote emotional and psychological well‑being and continuous improvement through feedback
* Maintain and support a safe, clean environment including personal care, finances, meals, and community access
* Support individual emotional, psychological and social wellbeing in line with Positive Behaviour Support guidance
* Operate flexible shift patterns and maintain records in line with company policies
Skills & Experience
* Experience supporting people with learning disabilities
* Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and care regulations
* Excellent communication, leadership, organisational, and decision‑making skills
* Confidence in using digital systems (e.g. Excel, care planning software)
* Flexible working hours, willingness to travel locally and work across multiple locations
* Experience motivating and leading a team, proactive approach to support, activity driven and detail focused
* Interest in speech and language or nutrition is preferred but not essential
