Senior Commercial Property Manager

An excellent opportunity for an experienced, Senior Commercial Property Manager to join a well-established, forward-thinking business, managing a high-quality mixed commercial portfolio.
The Role
You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio, ensuring assets are compliant, well maintained, and delivering strong performance. Acting as the main point of contact for clients and tenants, you’ll provide both day-to-day management and strategic oversight.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client and tenant relationships
* Manage service charge budgets and rent collection/arrears
* Carry out property inspections
* Oversee maintenance and contractor management
* Enforce lease covenants and manage lease events
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and fire regulations
* Handle rent reviews and lease renewals
About You
* Proven commercial property management experience
* Strong knowledge of UK property legislation and compliance
* Organised, proactive, and confident working independently
* Good IT skills; RICS (or similar) desirable
