The Role
As a Showroom Sales Manager, you know that the perfect bathroom needs planning, trust, a creative flair, and the ability to bring an idea to life. You will identify and capitalize on every sales opportunity, inspiring your customers with the perfect solutions for their dream bathrooms. The Showroom Sales Manager will be an expert at building rapport quickly and creating trusted relationships to ensure that everything we do enables us to deliver on our promises to our customers and exceed expectations. You will naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment, and we're sure you'll have some fun along the way!
Key Responsibilities
1. Create and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, building rapport, and generating new and repeat business.
2. Manage the end-to-end sales journey for customers, prioritizing their wants and needs to help them achieve their dream bathroom.
3. Collaborate with in-branch colleagues to build relationships and cross-sell to current trade customers.
4. Ensure the bathroom showroom is well-known locally through creative marketing strategies.
5. Strive to make your showroom the best by anticipating and exceeding customer needs.
6. Previous sales experience in a similar environment is preferable, but a positive attitude is more important.
