About the Role The Maintenance Assistant ensures the hotel’s facilities are safe, functional, and aesthetically maintained, contributing to a seamless guest experience in a premium environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks. Support preventative maintenance programmes and inspections. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or guests. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Maintain accurate logs and report maintenance issues to the supervisor. Candidate Profile Basic technical or maintenance skills with a practical, hands- on approach. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexible, proactive, and solution- oriented.
