We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Store Resource Specialist on a 12 month FTC.
You'll be responsible for the maintenance of the resource planning systems and task management system “MyWork”. You'll extract key measurements from the workforce management systems assisting in compliance and delivery of the resource planning systems and also get involved in projects delivering efficiencies and models the impacts.

What to expect...
12. Report on the stores workforce management system.
13. Provide intelligence around resource planning in food retail.
14. Maintenance of the tools governing workforce management in stores.
15. Authorise and report on activity being tasked to stores.
16. Support in developing the task management system to effectively guide store teams on the correct activity.
17. Measure the level of activity being sent to stores versus resource allocation.
18. Assist in the test and measurement of new technologies driving productivity and efficiency in store.
19. Contribute in Business Improvement Projects.
20. Assist in the production of documentation and guidance for store teams to deliver processes identified through continuous improvement.
21. Assist teams in facilitating the communication and planning of tasks for stores.
What we're looking for...
22. Good understanding of food retail.
23. Understanding and working knowledge of Retail People Systems.
24. IT literate and a competent user of MS Office.
25. Excellent organisational and prioritising skills with high attention to detail.
26. Experience of working on food retail/systems projects.
27. Ability to analyse, interpret and report performance data.
