Basic salary: £30,000 - £35,000 p.a.
Additional earnings: performance bonus c. £25,000 - £30,000 p.a.
OTE: c. £60,000 p.a.

Marmon Lift Recruitment is working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent stairlift providers. As part of their national expansion, they are seeking a commercially astute National Procurement Manager to take ownership of sourcing second-hand stairlift stock across the UK.
This role sits at the heart of the business’s supply chain and directly impacts revenue and profitability.
Commutable from: Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Barnsley, Halifax, Keighley
Responsibilities of a National Procurement Manager:

Manage nationwide sourcing of second-hand stairlift stock

Negotiate purchase terms to protect and maximise margins
*
Develop and maintain supplier relationships across the UK
*
Coordinate collections with logistics and delivery teams
*
Liaise closely with the warehouse team regarding intake, documentation and storage
*
Track procurement performance against monthly KPIs
The Ideal National Procurement Manager Candidate:
*
Proven experience in procurement, buying or sales negotiation (essential)
*
Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness (essential)
*
Comfortable working towards performance targets (essential)
*
Highly organised with strong administrative follow-through
*
Experience within mobility equipment, motor trade, recruitment or B2B sales (desirable)
