We are currently working in partnership with our client - a well-established and growing manufacturing business - to recruit a Quality Management Systems (QMS) Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised professional with a background in quality compliance to further their career in a supportive and progressive environment.
About the Role:
The QMS Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the business's Quality Management Systems. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments to ensure compliance with both regulatory and customer requirements while driving quality-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and administer Quality Management System documentation and records.
Support both internal and external audits, ensuring documentation is always accurate and audit-ready.
Assist in investigating and resolving non-conformances and customer complaints.
Prepare and distribute quality performance reports and KPIs.
