Jobs: Staff Software Engineer
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product's front-end architecture and user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and drive the development of scalable and maintainable web applications.
* Architect and Develop: Design and implement high-quality, reusable, and scalable front-end components using React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
* Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and deliver impactful features.
* Code Quality: Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
* Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure a seamless user experience.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, advocating for their adoption when appropriate

What we’re seeking for in applicants:
* 8+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on front-end development using React and TypeScript building robust and scalable solutions at a high level
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
* Tools & Frameworks: Experience with build tools and version control systems such as Webpack, Babel, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Collaboration: Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
* You are someone who can handle ambiguity and re-focus when needed.
* You colleagues recognise you as a “bar raiser” – consistently setting the standards
