Salary: £13 per hour
Position: Permanent Part Time, 12 hours/week
Working Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 10am - 4pm
Key Requirements: The ideal candidate must be able to self-manage and take initiative.

Role Responsibilities:
* Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home
* Managing new enquiries responsibly
* Providing advice and support both face-to-face and over the phone
* Conducting show-arounds within the care home
* Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paperwork and filing
* Dealing with enquiries promptly and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience as a Receptionist with excellent customer service skills, friendly manner, approachable, organized, and able to build strong relationships with residents, families, and internal teams. A caring attitude underpins everything you do to make a real difference in people's lives.
