Our client, an industry-recognised professional body, is looking for an experienced Property professional to join their team in Warwick. The role is a phone-based role and will be helping and advising Lettings Agencies across the UK, with queries and regulatory issues. Therefore, a knowledge of the Lettings industry is advantageous, along with a good phone manner.
This opportunity is available on a hybrid working basis, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Lettings Advisor requirements:
1. Experience in Estate Agency, Lettings, Lettings Compliance, and/or Landlord & Tenant law
2. Excellent telephone manner
3. Ability to listen to and interpret member enquiries and provide relevant advice.
4. Exceptional Customer Service skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Duties of a Lettings Advisor will include, but will not be limited to:
6. Answering queries via telephone, providing support and advice
7. Log accurate data and member discussions on the CRM system.
8. Help review and complete existing legal documents and templates.
9. Escalate legal queries where applicable
10. Keep up to date with property policies & legislations and the general property industry
Working hours of a Lettings Advisor:
11. Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm
12. Hybrid role: 3 days in the office, 2 from home
The successful Lettings Advisor will be offered:
13. £26,775 basic
14. On Target Earnings of £28,000
