Role Overview
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Portfolio Solutions team at Marsh, based in Norwich or Birmingham. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Marsh Portfolio Solutions (MPS) is a client-centric practice within Marsh UK, managing innovative portfolio placement solutions. MPS comprises 120 professionals providing intermediary services to insurer clients, including management information and placement structures.
Responsibilities
* Placement of Fast Track eligible risks.
* Manage relationships with brokers, facility insurers, and the Mumbai Fast Track team.
* Conduct due diligence and external audits for delegated authority relationships, ensuring compliance.
* Track and achieve KPIs and SLAs for contractual obligations.
Key Tasks
* Serve as the first point of contact for communications with brokers and clients.
* Strengthen and grow account relationships.
* Provide training on processes and DUA to colleagues.
* Address escalated issues promptly, manage expectations, and ensure compliance.
* Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Conduct research to understand client businesses and support colleagues in account management.
Requirements
* Open to recent graduates/entry-level candidates or experienced insurance professionals.
* Ability to build internal relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized and methodical.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills
* Interest or experience in Underwriting/Broking or the London market.
* Proficiency in Excel and communication skills.
