Description
As a Performance Analyst Apprentice, you'll analyse data, spot patterns, and support teams with insights to drive smart decisions. This role is perfect for someone eager to build skills, collaborate across the business, and contribute to improving how we work while gaining hands-on experience.
* Support the collection, cleaning, and analysis of performance data across multiple departments, helping drive smarter business decisions
* Help build dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI to visualise key metrics and trends
* Work with team members to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement across underwriting,
claims, customer service, and finance
* Assist in preparing performance insights for senior leaders, contributing to strategic decision-making
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and how data flows through the organisation
* Learn and apply statistical techniques to interpret data and uncover patterns
* Contribute to performance analysis projects, gaining hands-on experience in data storytelling and reporting
* Develop strong communication skills by engaging with stakeholders across the business
* Provide ad hoc support to the team and take on additional responsibilities to support wider business goals
Entry requirements
Role Requirements
* At least 5 A-C equivalent Grade GCSE's including English and Maths.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with MS Office suite.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive working relationships.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
Training to be provided
The successful candidate will complete a level 3 Insurance Practitioner apprenticeship.
