We'reon a mission to enhance our Business Services Team, therefore we're seeking a dynamicHR professional to take the helm as our Champion of People Processes alongsideour Talent Team.
Inthis role you will report directly to the CEO.
TheRole:
Asour HR Operations Business Partner, you'll lead HR practices andobjectives, cultivating an employee-oriented, high-performance culture thatchampions quality, productivity, and empowerment. You'll create processes andmetrics that align seamlessly with the firm's business goals, ensuring our teamthrives. Plus, you'll have the unique opportunity to work alongside colleagues,guiding them to navigate HR duties in compliance with employment law and firm policies,while mitigating any risks to the business.
The position is located at our Head Office in Middlesbrough and is a full-time role.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Nurturing Employee Records:Develop and maintain comprehensive employee records, safeguarding personal dataand confidential information with precision and care
* Operational HR: Be the go-to personfor day-to-day HR inquiries, effectively managing tasks from onboarding newhires to payroll intricacies, and everything in between.
* Continuous ProfessionalDevelopment: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of the latestemployment laws and HR best practices, ensuring you're always at the top ofyour profession.
Requirements:
* CIPD Level 5 Qualification or equivalent wouldbe desirable
* Experience as a HR professional 3 years +
* Experience in developing and Implementing HRstrategies and initiatives
* Experience of assisting and advising across allorganisational levels of the firm
* Demonstrable knowledge of employment law
* Experience of developing, creating, andimplementing continuous improvement programs
* Demonstrable experience of designing andwriting HR policies, procedures, offers and contracts of employment
* Excellent communication, presentation, andconflict resolution skills at all organisational levels
* Meticulous attention to detail
* High Standard of IT literacy includingaccounting software, MS office and advanced excel skill
