We’re looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join a consultancy firm with a different way of working.

Who we’re looking for
4. Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience in wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration
5. Able to run matters fully autonomously
6. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to win work or grow a client following
7. Collaborative approach — willing to share ideas and refer/receive work
8. STEP qualified or working towards
What you’ll be doing
9. Running your own caseload of private client work — from simple wills and LPAs to complex estate planning
10. Setting your own fees and charging structure
11. Building and developing your client base with full freedom to market yourself
12. Collaborating with fellow consultants where cases require additional expertise
13. Making use of support services (compliance, AML, file opening, onboarding) as and when you need them
Salary & Benefits
14. Fee share: Keep 75% of what you bill (rising up to 90% at higher billing levels)
15. Referrals: Earn 15% for work referred on to other departments
16. Hours: Complete autonomy — no targets, bill as much or as little as you want
17. Flexibility: Work fully remotely, or use the Leeds office hub with free parking and client meeting space
18. Holiday: Set your own schedule — you decide when and how much time to take off
19. Progression: Build your own mini-practice within the wider firm if you wish
20. Equity options: Growth shares and preference shares available, giving you the chance to have a real stake in the firm
