Schedule Resources Effectively
Your new role will involve scheduling and booking appointments for daily work volumes, ensuring the efficient use of resources. You will manage calendars, arrange tasks for operatives and subcontractors, process downtime, and address escalations while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities include filling in worksheets, analysing data on performance, and dealing with contractors and engineers. To succeed in this role, you must have experience in repairs/maintenance or social housing environments where scheduled repairs are prevalent.
You will be required to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. A fully office-based role, so you will need to live within a location close to Richmond/Kingston area.

* 36 hours a week with standard operating hours either 8am - 4.15pm or 9am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday (early finish on a Friday)
