Head of Sales / Leading B2B Events Organisation / London / 1st year OTE £100k\n\nA market-leading international events and content company is seeking a Head of Sales to lead the strategic growth of a high-performing portfolio. This is a senior-level, revenue-generating role for a driven sales leader with strong B2B experience, ideally in sponsorship or media sales.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead and manage a team of 3 sponsorship sales executives.\nPersonally generate revenue via high-value sponsorship sales.\nDrive the strategic development of sponsorship revenue across the division.\nRecruit, coach, and mentor new sales hires.\nDeliver structured training and development initiatives across the team.\nLead weekly forecasting and performance reviews with senior management.\nOversee the growth of both mature and emerging sector offerings.\nProvide input into product development and new commercial opportunities.\nCollaborate with other sales leaders across the business to share best practices.\nConsistently exceed revenue targets while championing a performance-led culture.About You:\n\nProven track record in B2B sponsorship or solution-led sales, ideally within events or media.\nStrong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing sales teams.\nCommercially strategic and results oriented.\nComfortable selling into both established and developing markets.\nA confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. \nHead of Sales / Leading B2B Events Organisation / London / 1st year OTE £100k
