Job Description
Due to increased workloads and securing additional clients across both Public and Private sectors, we have a new opportunity for a Senior Procurement Consultant to join our growing Contract Services team within our UK offices.

Main Expectations
* Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients
* Manage and collaborate with a team on end‑to‑end procurement services for major projects or programmes
* Support clients in the post‑contract contract management of major projects
* Support the development of the procurement services provided by T&T
* Support business development and marketing of the Contract Services team's service proposition
* Support the delivery of both team and wider business targets
* Support on bid preparation and proposal documentation and support the work‑winning capability of the Contract Services team
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong experience leading and/or supporting projects in a strategic procurement environment
* Background in tender preparation, processes and development of key documents in relevant sectors
* Experience in supplier engagement activities, market engagement through to contract award
* Cross‑sector experience with Utilities/Defence and Security/Public Contract Regulations or equivalent
* Experience using standard model contract approaches, with emphasis on NEC4
* Experience in Alliancing / Partnership Contract arrangements
* Experience in post‑contract contract management, providing advice on commercial and contractual matters under NEC4
* MCIP accreditation (achieved, working toward, or willing to work toward)
* Degree related to construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement (preferable)
* Experience in Defence and/or Infrastructure sectors (preferable)
* Security Clearance (SC) – currently valid or could be reinstated (ideal)
* Ability to develop supply chain intelligence strategies
* Knowledge of commercial principles and modelling, and experience developing commercial models of varying complexity
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Adaptable and taking personal responsibility to succeed the right way
* Confident, independent, and able to work autonomously without need for supervision
* Can manage multiple activities and stakeholders
* Ability to collaborate and develop/manage a team to achieve desired outcomes
