Overview
Our client is the world's leading provider of vehicle washing technology.
Due to continued growth our client is recruiting for a Field Service Technician to service a customer base in the Shaftesbury, Dorset area.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week plus 1 in 3 weekend cover.
Responsibilities
* Service and installation of Car and Commercial valet equipment.
* Carry out planned and breakdown maintenance, equipment service and repairs.
* Maintain van stock levels to the standard requirement and complete job sheets.
Requirements
* Electrical or Mechanical engineering qualification
* Willing to travel and stay out overnight as required
* Willing to undertake additional training and relevant courses including evening courses (company may pay)
* Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team and problem-solving skills
* Valid clean UK driving license
* Good people skills, presentable and able to liaise directly with customers
* Punctual and able to keep accurate and timely documentation
* IT literate with Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Work within Health & Safety guidelines as set by the company
