The Opportunity

Note: This is not an IT/technology-related consulting role.
We Seek High-Impact Delivery Leaders with:
* 8–12 years of relevant industry experience in transformation, change management, or performance consulting
* Strong delivery and facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops of 25+ participants
* A proven track record of managing large-scale consulting engagements (£600K+)
* A minimum of a four-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (required); a Master's or MBA is a plus
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Several years of industry experience in consulting, organizational development, or leadership performance
* Client and project management experience with large, complex, or multinational organizations
* Experience partnering with and coaching senior executives
* Ability to flex between strategic and tactical leadership in high-impact, people-related initiatives
* Experience leading small teams of consultants using proprietary or customized methodologies
Core Requirements
* Bachelor's degree (four-year) from an accredited university required; Master's or MBA preferred
* Commercially savvy with strong business acumen
* Consulting background with industry specialization a plus
* Ability to effectively navigate large, complex organizations
* Demonstrated credibility at the client's C-suite level
* Understanding of project management and success metrics
* Proven ability to impact performance through mindset and behavior change
* Strong relationship-building and client management skills
* Team player with entrepreneurial initiative and independence
* Proven effectiveness leading sessions for groups of 25 or more
* Lifelong learner passionate about growth and mastery
* Strong analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills
* Consistent travel required across the UK and Europe
