We are looking for a volunteer to assist with first line IT support for all staff and volunteers in Isabel Hospice.
Key Responsibilities:
To receive, acknowledge and action IT support requests, resolving where possible and referring appropriately more complex cases.
To ensure access to IT systems is effectively controlled.
To support induction of users to ensure effective use of IT, telephones and other kit.
To undertake any other duties which reasonably fall within the scope of the role.
Skills, Qualities & Experience:
Excellent IT capability, positive attitude to IT and enthusiasm to improve IT skills.
Fully skilled in all MS office applications.
Strong Communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Empathy with Hospice ethos
Driving license and own car is essential to travel between sites
