The Person:
The ideal Chef De Partie will have the following:
At least 2 years experience as a chef de partie in a professional kitchen
Rosette or Michelin star experience beneficial
A fresh food background
Be passionate about great food and service with a team player and can do attitude. To be someone willing to learning and grow as a chef
