We believe every child deserves the best life possible - and you can be part of that mission.About Us:We have opened a new registered Children's Home in Llandudno, providing a warm, supportive, and nurturing environment for up to 3 children aged up to 18. Our care is centred on individual needs, helping each young person grow in confidence, independence, and community inclusion.What You'll Do:
* Empower and support young people to have their voices heard and develop future-ready life skills.
* Plan and deliver fun, creative activities like trampolining, beach trips, swimming, baking, and arts & crafts.
* Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team in the home and local community.
* Provide a kind, homely, and safe environment tailored to each child's unique development needs.
* Use a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach to promote emotional wellbeing and reduce restrictive practices.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with young people to help them thrive.
* Work flexibly, including unsociable hours, as part of a rota system.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in working with children and young people with complex and challenging behaviours.
* A QCF Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) - essential for Social Care Wales registration.
* A commitment to training, including Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), Makaton, PECS, and other communication tools.
* A creative, resilient, and emotionally intelligent approach to care.
* A supportive, positive, and empathetic personality with a strong team ethic.
