Responsibilities
* Provide visible deterrence, respond to incidents, complete incident reports and collaborate with local authorities
* Carry out guarding responsibilities in-store
* Patrol the shop floor and deter criminal activity
* Assess vulnerabilities and proactively minimise risk
* Liaise with management and local authorities as applicable
* Manage vulnerable persons with empathy to avoid distress
* Conduct colleague and contractor searches in line with customer policy
* Digitally report incidents and use tablets/phones for daily activity planning
* Prepare detailed and legible incident reports to assist the client and local authorities
Location, Hours & Pay
Location: Skelmersdale
Hours: 15 hours
Shift Pattern: Saturday 13:00–22:00, Sunday 10:00–16:00
Hourly Rate: £12.50
Requirements & Qualifications
* Must have a valid SIA licence to apply
* Previous experience in a Retail Security role is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided
