I am recruiting for a large energy company for the position of Account Manager within the Billing team. The role involves managing customer billing workflows, handling administrative tasks, responding to customer emails, and making occasional customer calls.
No sales experience is required; however, experience in managing customer interactions across various platforms (emails, calls, etc.) is essential.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing customer billing workflows
2. Answering customer calls
3. Previous experience in call centre environments
4. Good IT skills, especially in Excel
