Our Client has been established for over 25 years as the biggest MOT/independent garage in the centre of Reading. With growing demand for our MOT/servicing/repair services, we need both an experienced Technician and an MOT tester. If you are both a Tech/Tester, we are interested. For the successful candidates, there is a £3000 signing-on payment, paid in £1000 instalments over your first 3 months. Salary expectations: Salary: £45k to £50k per year* Bonus Scheme: £6k to £12k per year On Target Earnings: £51k to £56k per year *includes 26 Saturdays per year For the right person, part-time would be a consideration and salary & bonus would be pro-rata to the above. We have four Class 4 MOT lanes and also servicing & repairs bays that can cope with all vehicles. Employee parking is free on our premises.
