In this role, you will use your industry knowledge to manage existing customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and act as the main point of contact for key clients. Account Manager Job Description Actively manage and drive the sales process to successful outcomes Manage both existing and new customer accounts Evaluate customer requirements and coordinate internal actions to meet them Prepare and submit documentation to obtain technical and delivery approval Conduct account reviews with key clients and act as first point of contact for customer needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer support is delivered effectively Investigate, analyse, and resolve customer complaints with the Sales Director Support improvements to the contract review process Represent the business at trade shows and industry events Ensure compliance with company health & safety requirements Account Manager Skills & Experience Required Experience working in an engineering environment within aerospace and/or automotive industries Strong technical knowledge of the automotive sector Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels Highly organised with strong goal orientation Flexible and able to work effectively under time pressure Further Info Hours: 40/week, Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 15:45, Friday – 06:00 – 13:00 Annual holiday entitlement: 25 days 8 bank holidays Fully Site based
