In‑House Training
We offer professional training across all treatments, including Threading, Tinting, Waxing, Piercing, Korean Lash lift, Brow lamination, and Lash extensions.

Qualifications
* Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and/or a relevant threading certification, or 1+ year professional experience in threading. Accreditation in waxing preferred.
* Genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
* Comfortable offering all of the treatments above.
* Confidence in engaging with customers, recommending treatments, and upselling products and services.
* Passion for beauty, staying up‑to‑date with the latest trends and techniques.
