We have an exciting opportunity to join our commercial team as a Contracts Manager. In this role, you will focus on targeted growth business opportunities through extruded aluminium products, fabricated, & value-added “MaaS” streams.
You will maintain relationships and business levels with existing customers, whilst developing new customer relationships to offer a broader product and service portfolio.
This role is a hybrid position based at our site in Cradley Heath.
Key Responsibilities
1. Focus on development of tk Extrusion and Materials as a Service revenue streams.
2. Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, and partnerships.
3. Build relationships with new and existing clients and develop proposals to meet their needs.
4. Support the budgeting process to meet EBIT/tkVA requirements.
5. Deliver sales targets.
6. Make promotional calls.
7. Monitor performance of allocated accounts.
8. Conduct research to identify new markets.
9. Promote the company's capabilities tailored to customer needs.
10. Enter sales orders into SAP system as required.
11. Prepare sales quotations & contracts.
12. Support the creation of strategic proposals and bids.
13. Maintain customer stock lists & SAP contract reports and manage inventory levels.
14. Keep records of sales activities, revenues, and invoicing.
15. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
16. Coordinate activities internally and externally to ensure contract deliverables are met.
17. Work with Credit Control on cash collection and credit limits.
18. Collaborate with the wider business on MaaS strategy.
19. Ensure all functions comply with tk requirements.

1. Experience in a similar role within the metals industry.
2. Contract management experience.
3. Proven sales track record.
4. Experience in customer support.
5. Market knowledge.
