About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Hayes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and the ability to transform spaces into functional, inspiring, and visually stunning environments. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, applying your design expertise to create innovative and practical solutions that enhance both aesthetics and usability.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients to identify their design goals, style preferences, and functional needs.
* Develop and present design concepts through sketches, mood boards, and digital renderings.
* Utilise industry-standard software such as SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3ds Max to produce detailed drawings and presentations.
* Prepare comprehensive construction and installation specifications.
* Create and maintain FF&E packs, including paint and colour selections.
* Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
* Source and specify materials, furnishings, and finishes in line with project requirements.
* Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers for seamless design execution.
* Stay up to date with the latest design trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
About You
* Degree in Interior Design or a related field (preferred).
* 3–5 years of proven interior design experience in the UK (required).
* Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3ds Max.
* Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A sharp eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces.
* Previous experience in residential or commercial interior design is advantageous.
