Job Description:

Position summary / Main purpose of the role:

A broad and varied HRBP role, working as part of the European HR team, supporting UK client groups across two locations.

The role supports all facets of HR including talent acquisition & onboarding, learning & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, wellbeing and employee engagement.

* Close involvement with the business managing both strategic and operational HR activity.
* Team player supporting HR European team with various projects and driving good HR practice.
* Partnering, coaching and advising managers on HR practice.
* Support recruitment & onboarding processes.
* Ensuring labour legislation compliance which may include policy/ procedure review and updates.
* Support learning & development activity.
* Support with employee communications.
* HR activity related to reorganizations.
* HR projects support and associated change management.
* Initiate and process changes on Oracle HCM.
* Supporting initiatives to improve employee engagement.
* Create and maintain employee files/records.
* Liaising with payroll in support of monthly payroll.
* Benefits work and administration.
* Communicating with various external partners.

Required Qualifications:

* Possesses good working knowledge of UK employment laws and market practices.
* Strong employee relations experience.
* Strong collaborator who can also work independently.
* At least 5 years of experience in a Business Partnering role, preferably in an international environment.
* Good stakeholder management, able to influence and use discretion.
* Able to work at an operational and strategic level.
* Confident with MS Office suite.
* Flexible, meticulous with a strong bias for action.
* Strong communications and critical thinking skills.
