Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sewing Machine Operator located in Cheltenham. The Sewing Machine Operator will be responsible for operating sewing machines to create high-quality beds, furniture, and soft furnishings. Day-to-day tasks include cutting and sewing fabric, following design specifications, maintaining sewing equipment, and ensuring that all products meet quality standards.
Qualifications
* Sewing, cutting, and fabric handling skills
* Ability to read and follow design specifications
* Experience in operating and maintaining sewing machines
* Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in a similar role for minium 5 years
* Experience in Upholstery sector is a plus
