Night Chef - Knowsley
We're currently recruiting an ambitious Night Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Eurest on a part-time basis, contracted to 24 hours per week. As a Night Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food that brightens our clients' and customers' days, within the market-leading food service company in the UK. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights our clients and customers
* Overseeing menu changes and supporting new food concepts
* Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
* Acting on customer feedback to enhance food quality
* Representing Eurest and maintaining a positive brand image
* Monitoring inventories to ensure well-stocked kitchens
* Maintaining hygiene standards through kitchen cleaning responsibilities
* Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations
Our ideal Night Chef will:
* Be passionate about great-tasting food and customer service
* Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
* Have supervisory experience in a similar role
* Possess a Food Hygiene certificate
* Have a flexible approach to working hours
