Overview
Adult Support Worker position based in Norwich, Norfolk. Nights available, with full-time and part-time roles.

Meridian Business Support is seeking an Adult Support Worker to join a dedicated care team in Norwich, offering night shifts with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities. Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality personal care, supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing
* Promote independence and respect the dignity of each resident
* Assist with general daily activities and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
* Support the team in maintaining consistently high standards of care
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families
Qualifications & Skills
* A caring and patient nature
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
* Previous experience in a care role is desirable — but not essential as full training can be provided
