The Role
Carry out maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and MOT preparation on a wide variety of VAG vehicles in a modern, busy Gillingham workshop. No two days are the same — enjoy technical variety, skill development, and career progression in a professional, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and MOT preparation
* Use dealer-level diagnostic tools and specialist equipment
* Road test vehicles to ensure work meets manufacturer standards
* Maintain accurate work and repair documentation
* Follow all health and safety procedures
* Communicate effectively with the workshop team and advisors
About You
* Experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic with VAG knowledge
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Committed to high-quality workmanship
* Reliable, professional, and a team player
* Full UK driving licence preferred
