What you’ll be doing:
1. Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
2. Helping to create a safe, positive, and structured learning environment
3. Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour strategies, and wellbeing
4. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
What we’re looking for:
5. Experience working with children or young people with SEMH/SEND needs
6. Calm, empathetic, and resilient personality
7. Ability to build positive relationships and de-escalate challenging situations
8. Team player who can adapt to the needs of the classroom
