Sunday Shop Supervisor – Banbury
We are looking for a Sunday Shop Supervisor to provide quality retail service on Sundays. The role involves managing stock, displaying goods, maintaining shop appearance, maximizing sales and promoting Gift Aid to valued customers.
Responsibilities
* Manage stock and inventory
* Display goods
* Maintain shop appearance
* Maximise sales and promote Gift Aid to valued customers
* Operate as a leader to ensure smooth store operations on Sundays
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills
* Literate and numerate
* An effective team player
* Ability to lift and carry heavy bags of stock
* A basic knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire regulations
* Previous experience of working or managing a retail shop would be an advantage
* A flexible approach to your job is essential
