The Role We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our friendly team to provide friendly and compassionate support to older adults enabling them to live a fulfilling and independent life. We are looking for an enthusiastic, warm and friendly individual to join our team for this unique opportunity to really make a difference within our communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be passionate about keeping our residents homes as they would their own. The Person The ideal applicant ideally should have / be: Warm and Friendly Passionate about enhancing the lives of our residents Proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role Excellent time management skills Compassionate and empathetic Great communication skills High attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Committed to enhancing residents' well-being and fostering a sense of community. Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities will include: Perform detailed housekeeping routines in our residents’ apartments Develop warm relationships with our residents Report any concerns or unusual behaviour from the resident’s to management Maintain a high level of cleanliness in common areas Replenish communal supplies Report damage or malfunction in the apartments or communal areas Provide outstanding customer service to residents Undertake any activities that fall under the Health & Safety policies and procedures.
