You'll keep the CRM system up to date, manage partnership contracts, and ensure all account details, forecasts, and meeting notes are up to date too. Regular customer meetings and strategic reviews will be essential to evaluate performance, discuss product mix, and highlight growth opportunities. You'll also conduct customer analysis to ensure margins and sales expectations are met, and work closely with local sales consultants on joint visits to strengthen partnerships.
