Our Moray Children’s Rights Service are currently recruiting a full time Children’s Right’s Participation Worker to join our dedicated team based in Elgin, Moray. The service provides support to children and young people and their families. This is the perfect time for someone to join our service and help support young people through informed practices and empower young people, so their voice is heard. ‘The Promise’ is that Scotland’s children will grow up loved, safe and respected and as Children’s Right’s Participation Worker you will be expected to embrace this approach to the support you deliver.
You will ensure the service supports and encourages children, young people and their families ongoing participation in expressing their views, feelings and wishes in all matters affecting them, and to have their views taken seriously.
Working pattern: This is a full time role working 35 hours per week and fixed term for 12 months. Core hours are usually Monday - Friday, however you may be required to work various times to support service delivery.

9. Full driving licence and own vehicle.
