Job Title: Social Worker – Clacton Neighbourhood Team
Location: Essex
Rate: £35 p/h
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting registered and experienced Social Workers to join their Clacton Neighbourhood team.
Your Responsibilities:
You will conduct comprehensive assessments of adults in the community to determine their needs and develop personalized care plans. You will provide ongoing support and intervention to ensure the well-being and safety of vulnerable adults. Additionally, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to coordinate services and resources for clients.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
