Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to help lead the team at our Trafford store on a part-time (30 hour) basis. As a key support to the management team, you will oversee the running of the sales floor and assist in driving and motivating the team to achieve store sales and KPIs. You will be an engaging communicator with leadership, coaching and training skills. As a strong brand ambassador, you will model the principles of our customer service program, provide detailed product knowledge to customers and ensure our sales consultants have the tools to do the same. Using a personalized selling approach, you will manage the customer journey from start to finish, including delivering sensorial customer experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. You will also assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the running of the sales floor and drive the team to achieve store sales and KPIs.
* Coach and train sales consultants; model customer service principles; act as brand ambassador.
* Provide detailed product knowledge and ensure the team has tools to do the same.
* Deliver personalized selling experiences, including signature services such as fragrance consultations and other sensorial experiences.
* Assist with store operations including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, with supervisory experience.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate a team to achieve store and personal KPIs.
* High grooming standards, passion for luxury, and alignment with brand values.
