Job Description
This employed Financial Advisor role in Thornton-Cleveleys is ideal for Financial Advisors holding CAS status who seek a quality lead source and wish to grow with the company.
Our client has excellent lead sources, generating regular, high-quality leads with a high conversion rate. This enables you to onboard 1-2 new clients each week while building your client portfolio. Once your client bank is well-established, you can reduce to approximately 1 new client per week to reach your maximum capacity.
The business collaborates with professional introducers and values presence in their offices to strengthen relationships and work on active cases. Partners have offices in Thornton-Cleveleys and Kendal; therefore, you should be comfortable working in both locations weekly (once a week in the farther location is acceptable).
You will receive back-office support to focus on advising, but as the team is small, you should also be comfortable conducting research and report writing independently.
The client aims to become a Chartered firm and seeks individuals who are either currently Chartered or aspiring to become Chartered. Support and development will be provided to achieve this goal.
Financial Advisor Requirements
* You must be a fully qualified Financial Advisor holding CAS status.
* You should be experienced in converting enquiries and building a client bank while maintaining excellent service.
* A stable career history is preferred.
* You must be willing to be present in the Thornton-Cleveleys and Kendal offices at least once per week.
