How you'll make an impact
Our community of finance leaders across the South-West is the heartbeat of everything we do. We need a natural connector - someone who lives for the buzz of a great conversation and spots opportunity in every story. Your mission is to open doors, nurture relationships and make Core3 the first phone call a CFO makes when they need insight, talent or a sanity check. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with a dedicated Talent Delivery Consultant who will fulfil the roles you win.
What you will be doing
Build your personal brand on LinkedIn and use our online content strategy to make you a known entity in the market.
Map and prioritise target accounts using meticulous CRM planning and AI-driven intel, then design personalised outreach.
Engage in regular conversations with prospective clients to explain our USPs whilst building trust in our services.
Build genuine, face-to-face relationships with finance leaders - coffees, lunches, meet-ups, board-room briefings, paddleboarding... whatever it takes to create deep connections.
Expand our relationships with existing accounts to ensure we are serving our clients as well as possible.
Grow our Inner Circle community - hosting roundtables, CFO events and virtual drop-ins that leave people walking away with valuable insight and a deeper network.
Identify and invite podcast guests, event speakers and rising stars who will strengthen our position as a trusted voice in the market.
Make the best of the tools from our content engine with salary guides, hiring playbooks and market-pulse reports that give leaders an unfair advantage.
Own the top of the funnel from first hello to signed terms, handing over seamlessly to your Talent Delivery partner.
Track every touch-point in our Vincere CRM, measuring the 1% marginal gains that compound into big wins.

At least 2 year's experience in an outbound sales role - ideally with an emphasis on face-to-face meetings.

£30,000 - £40,000 basic salary.
