Job Description:
We’re on the lookout for a confident, experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a fast-growing B2B business aiming to expand further in 2025.
The company is a major player in its space, partnering with household-name brands to deliver standout digital experiences. They are scaling quickly and need someone to support logistics, procurement, and supplier performance across the business.
The details:
* Location: 3 days per week in the Huddersfield office (must be based in the UK without visa or sponsorship requirements)
This well-established brand has key relationships in place. This pivotal role offers the chance to lead a high-performing function, drive operational improvements, and support strategic supply chain initiatives. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery and strong supplier partnerships.

Core tasks include:
* Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient delivery across channels.
* Managing inventory, stock levels, and demand forecasting.
* Resolving escalations, improving processes, and maintaining H&S compliance.
* Building strong supplier partnerships and supporting contract negotiations.
* Identifying new suppliers/products aligned with business needs.
* Maintaining accurate records and supporting procurement strategy.
* Leading and inspiring a collaborative team culture.
* Monitoring supplier performance and supporting cost-saving and sustainability initiatives.
* Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and internal policies.
